Since all orders are made to order, we require ALL orders to be PRE-PAID. Once the order is taken and the date is booked, an invoice will be emailed to you. There will be a payment link within the invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can pay by ACH. Payment is required two weeks prior to pick up/delivery or upon receipt of invoice, whichever occurs first.

ALL custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once is order is booked, it eliminates that date and time slot for future orders. Due to the custom nature of our work and the time it takes to produce orders, ALL custom sales are final and cannot be modified. Please do not place an order until you are sure you want that order on that particular date. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and we will do our very best to provide you with great service.
